1. Order Cancellation Window
We allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at:

After 12 hours, your order will be processed for production and shipment, and we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
Our support team will confirm whether your cancellation is successful based on the order status.
3. Custom Orders & Limited Editions
Please note that customized items or limited edition products are non-cancellable once the order has been processed. These products are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window:
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
5. Late Cancellation Requests
If the cancellation request is made after the 12-hour window and the order has already entered production or shipping stages:
- We unfortunately cannot cancel the order.
- However, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving your item, per our Refund & Returns Policy.
