  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will respond within 24 – 48 hours with instructions and a return address.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of return for your records.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 – 7 business days to your original method of payment.

Note: Shipping costs ($6.99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Dozleaf error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
