Order Processing Times
  • Orders are processed once the payment is accepted. We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding Post Office holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Additional time may be required for items made to order or personalized. You’ll be notified of estimated dispatch times at checkout or via email.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays that occur during transit are beyond our control.

Note:

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (EST) (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-05:00) for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

We use trusted shipping carriers to fulfill your order:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • Local postal services

Please note: Shipping times are estimates. Delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier logistics are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or
  • Visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order has been shipped.
  • If you haven’t received a tracking email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder.
Shipping Limitations

Currently, Dozleaf does not ship to:

  • U.S. Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • International destinations (unless otherwise stated)

Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes street name, building or apartment number, city, state, and postal code.

We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Tips for address accuracy:

  • Use official formatting as recommended by your local postal service.
  • Avoid using abbreviations or nicknames.
  • Double-check your ZIP or postal code.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
  3. Notify Dozleaf’s support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
